Yes, mini-review for a short story.
Delilah Dusticle is a short fantasy novel that you can finish in one sitting for just a couple of minutes. It has a fantasy touch since Delilah can eradicate dust completely with her special dusters. There are some talking things too. But then, maybe it is all Delilah's imagination. Or not?
I personally think that the story was sort of compressed since it's just a short story, you know. But then there are good points about this one. It really has a good lesson which is perfect for everyone. It's like a fable that should be read by the kids. What Delilah went through her life, even if I just know the short version of it, is worth to be known. It's also entertaining so you don't have to be worried about dragging moments.
Although I have to admit, there were problems too. I've never been too formal in reviewing a book especially about its format or such. But then I have to say it, this one needs to be edited again. Punctuation marks are missing. And we all know how these marks are so important right? I know this is self-published but then.. I have to read some lines for a couple of times just to make sure I get what it really means. Also, I felt like Delilah wasn't introduced well enough for me to feel her character. Her character wasn't that much explored in the story. Or maybe I just felt that.
Anyway, Delilah Dusticle is a good light read that's suitable to anyone. You'll be finished in no time. I'm looking forward to reading the next installment of this series.
Many thanks to Jen York for giving me a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Hi Nina! Thanks for taking the time to read and review my book. It was great to read what your thoughts were. I am sorry that some punctuation was missing. It really can disturb the flow of the reader and you are right, it is very important. Another reviewer has mentioned the same thing and it is to do with the conversion of the mobi file I sent you. I will be working on fixing this, but rest assured the eBook available to download from Amazon has not presented these problems.
